As part of its corporate and banking practices, MWBM has represented various clients in the preparation and negotiation of a wide variety of business agreements, formation of business entities, acquisition and sale of businesses and entities, and complex asset based lending transactions, as well as representing both financial institutions and borrowers in large mortgage-based and asset-based loan transactions ranging up to $200 million.
